- Minimum 1800 sq. ft. conditioned space
- 100% Masonry requirement - Only 25% can be fulfilled by Hardie-Board
- No restriction on time to commence construction
- 1-year building time once construction has begun
- All plans to be approved by the Architecture Control Committee
- Domestic household pets only
- Dimensional shingles, tile or standing seam metal roofing allowed.
- 1 structure in addition to main dwelling allowed (approved by ACC)
- Front entry gates allowed on lots over .75 acre
