In 1984, Andy Phillips recognized the need for a full service professional real estate firm that focused on the specific needs of clients to Kerrville or the Texas Hill Country.

Andy has called the Hill Country home all his life. He attended Schreiner University and worked at his father’s side in the real estate investments business in the Hill Country. After building several fine custom estate homes, Andy took the first step in forming this Integrity Group Texas by founding Franciscan Trace Brokerage Co.

Real estate development began as a subsidiary operation to Franciscan Trace, developing the first gated estate community in Kerrville—Kamira. It has set the pace for the Company’s focus on providing the very finest quality product for the real estate market in the Kerrville at any price point.

Over the following twenty-plus years in the real estate brokerage, development and construction businesses, the Company’s focus has been consistent: “…to provide the very best quality product money could buy, with attention to detail and a passionate pursuit of excellence.”

Arthur P. (Art) Lenard is a Kerrville native who has been involved in the residential construction business all his life. Art and his wife, Donna, founded Sunrise Custom Homes in 1981 here in Kerrville where they specialized for many years in building high quality single-family homes.

In 1995 Art and Andy began working together on construction of high quality custom homes in The Summit development in Kerrville, a Franciscan Trace subsidiary. This partnership ultimately evolved into the creation of Hill Country Integrity Homes, LLC in 1998, dedicated to being the finest custom home construction company in the Hill Country.

Art serves as a founder and President of Integrity Homes overseeing every aspect of the estimating and production processes of the Company. He has served two terms as President of the Texas Hill Country Home Builders Association, and was named Business Man of the Year by the Kerrville Area Chamber of Commerce in 2000. Integrity Homes has been voted Kerrville’s best homebuilder every year since 2000.

Andy serves as Chairman and CEO of Integrity Homes and is primarily responsible for the business, legal and financial operations of the business in addition to a consulting role with clients in the finish and aesthetics of homes the Company builds.

Andy has also served two terms as President of the Texas Hill Country Home Builders Association, is a founder of the Home Builder Association, and has served as a Commissioner on the City of Kerrville Planning and Zoning Commission.
